'Unhealthy Made Healthy' - what does that mean?
It means taking your favourite sugar loaded, fatty and unhealthy foods, and turning them in to healthy copycats. Why? Because for a food lover like me, it is really difficult to simply avoid all the deliciousness out there (Cheesecake, chocolate bars, Pizza, Pasta, Burger......) So, I created the "Unhealthy Made Healthy"- versions of popular treats.
And I promise that you don't have to sacrifice any longer on your favorite comfort food. The following recipes are all sugar free, low carb or whole grain. Cheat clean :)
