Homemade low carb granola müsli

Granola, yoghurt and fruit - the perfect breakfast combo. It's just an awesome mix of textures: crispy granola, creamy yoghurt and on top juicy fruits. Something I have always missed while eating low carb.

AND hey, it's healthy..at least that's what people think or consider as healthy. But have you ever checked the ingredients of a random store bought granola pack? No? Then you should because most of them are really hidden sugar bombs. 

So why not making your own granola? And even better, make your own low carb granola at home and enjoy a really great breakfast treat.  

Peach and granola breakfast


  • 150 g soy flakes
  • 150 g shredded soy
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 70 g shredded coconut
  • 70 g natural honey
  •  Optional: You can also use 20 g honey and 70g erythritol/ Xucker
  • 30 g chopped almonds

Granola ingredients


  1. Mix all the ingredients with your hand in a large bowl
  2. Preheat the oven to 180g
  3. Bake until slightly brown
  4. Enjoy
